Instead of setting&nbsp;CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y in the application&#39;s Kconfig configuration, you use&nbsp;SB_CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y in the sysbuild configuration (normally by making a file called&nbsp;sysbuild.conf in the application folder) and putting the configuration there.
