Hi Peter,

The dependencies for GUI config is not part of the toolchain manager. Is it deliberate that you are using Guiconfig? If not, I recomend you use nRF Kconfig GUI which is within VS Code. You can set this as default by searching for nrf-connect.kconfig.interface in the VS Code settins and selecting it. You can also launch it even if it is not the default by clicking the three dots to the right of nRF Kconfig GUI in the actions tab, and selecting nRF Kconfig GUI from there.
