Like Einar said check out the new blog post. It solves most of the problems people were encountering because it uses the nRF device pack. You should have no problems if you follow it.

Only one of the two projects you got when importing from Keil should be used. This is described in the updated post. I have tried folliwing the guide, using the beacon example from SDK 10 with S110 for the nRF51, and it seems to work. There are some minor changes from the procedure outlined in the post (as it uses a different SDK version, project and target). The addresses should be as you have already stated, and you can ignore the step with retarget.c.

Can you try following the updated blog post, and see if you still run into problems?

Thanks for reminding. There are 2 projects in the viewer. Both of them should be set to J-Link. However, it still can't work. The output blank shows "Stopped by vector catch". Could you tell me if I did the right thing to the "flash_placement.xml"?

"Memory Simulation Error" says you've got the wrong target, you're not connecting to the board but you're using the simulator, that's not going to work. Make sure you have the Segger selected.
