&lt;p&gt;The missing parameters are not revelant as D and E are only nominal. This are also called BSC (Basic Spacing between Centers) and is a term that appears on IC package drawings in reference to dimensions between pins. This is absolute and have no tolerance.&amp;nbsp;If you measure for instance the distance between 10 balls (e or d), it will be 10*0.44mm. If you have a tolerance here you will at some point be out of the grid.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For D and E, it basically means that the distance between the saw bladed that cuts the chips are set to&amp;nbsp;x mm. So at between n chips, there are n*&amp;nbsp;x mm. There will be some tolerance on a single chip of course, the JEDEC standard defines the tolerances. So if any numbers can be given here, D and E have an tolerance of +/- 0.03 mm.&lt;/p&gt;
