Hi Thiago,

One reason might be that you are trying to post a ticket with error logs or code in the message, and some of the characters in that might be interferring with the site JS. If that is the case it might be best attach the error logs or code in code blocks or by attaching it as zip files instead.

Let me know if this helps, or if you do not think this is relevant for your ticket. Worst case I'll just create my own ticket and invite you to it.

Hello AMarch01, btw sorry for the inconvenient matter on your post. I had no other way to reach out to the community staff.

Yes, I have already tried cleaning all the browser data (including cache, cookies, and so on), also tried changing the browser. Tried through my smartphone, and also my PC at home.

I haven't logged in here a long time. My account was temporarily blocked this week because I tried several times to match my password (I didn't even remember the email I used here 2 years ago), maybe it has something to do with it.

I hope there is a fix for this, because if not I will not be able to address my problems using NCS v2.8.0.

Have you tried the standard IT response of, clearing all your cookies and cached data? I know it can be painful having to re-log into websites and stuff but maybe??
Perhaps have you tried logging in from another computer and see if it works there? Obviously, you have and account and can post to a message. Not being able to create one seems like an arbitrary flag for a user account, but perhaps someone from Nordic can take a look at the database record holding your account permissions (which I hope is already being done).

Could you confirm that this is still an issue? Due to traffic on the site there are some moments where I also have issues eg. responding to a case. Waiting for a sec typically solves it.

Hmm yeah. But I guess figuring out whether or not a link doesn't work is another thing that is hard to tell, as it doesn't necessarily point to a 404 page, like the link in the post you sent. Telling whether or not a link points to the thing it was meant to is also something AI would be able to help out with, but it would be rather computationally intensive to run that on every link posted on DevZone..

Thats interesting, wonder if a script could be made to automagically dump bad links into the AI to find the actual document... wouldn't that be fun.
Like the 404 page would grab the request and try to pivot.

Hello Tony,

The idea was that this redirection of all the old links would be done automatically (no matter how old the links are), but I am sorry to see that not all links work the way they should.

Running through all the old cases that have links, and adding this notice is one solution, but once we've found such an old link we would prefer to simply fix it so that it points to what it should. So I am glad that you report these links that do not work to us on DevZone so that I can fix them. You can alternatively send them to me on a pm. If you want to find a link to the new docs that matches on old one, I often find that the AI does a good job with that as well.
