&lt;p&gt;nRF5340 does support extraction of IQ data.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The most notable example of IQ sample extraction is for &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/samples/bluetooth/direction_finding_central/README.html"&gt;Bluetooth Direction Finding&lt;/a&gt;, where you get a number of IQ samples in an IQ samples report.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also Bluetooth, the sample &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/samples/bluetooth/channel_sounding_ras_initiator/README.html"&gt;Bluetooth: Channel Sounding Initiator with Ranging Requestor&lt;/a&gt; provides a basic distance estimation algorithm to demonstrate the IQ data handling. (The algorithm there is not particularly good, though. The point of the sample is to show IQ data handling.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrfxlib/nrf_dm/README.html"&gt;Nordic Distance Measurement library&lt;/a&gt; is a proprietary, pre-compiled library. The source code is closed, and we do not share it. That is the reason why you cannot use that library as reference, to see how to extract IQ data.&lt;/p&gt;
