Then please provide some information of what the app is showing, preferably a screenshot for example. You could also upload the log from the nRF52 DK so we can make sure it seems like it's advertising. Also, what's the behavior of the nRF52 DK. If it's advertising correctly with the UART service sample, you should see that LED1 on the DK is blinking at a 1 second interval.

Can you show me a screenshot of your mobile app with the list of scanned devices? If your device is advertising correctly it should show up with the name "Nordic UART Service".

yes bluetooth and location services are allowed in settings ."the name of the DK" I mean name of the Peripheral_UART sample in mobile app.

What exactly do you mean by "the name of the DK" here? The advertising name of the Peripheral_UART sample will by default show up as Nordic UART Service on the nRF Connect for Mobile app. Please also make sure you've allowed the app to use Bluetooth and location services on your app settings.
