That is true only in the connected state. In the advertising state the S110 will not allow the non-connectable advertising during the advertising state along with connectable advertising. You may be better off with the S130 if you can live with the larger code size.

Thank you. One question more. If I enable BLE_GAP_ADV_TYPE_ADV_NONCONN_IND advertising at connected state ons110, the functionality will be the same as for using timeslot +broadcaster/advertiser module concurently with Softdevice.

Hmmm. The open source stack has not implemented connections yet so it is at the same level as the github.com/.../nRF51-multi-role-conn-observer-advertiser . I assume you mean 2 BLE Peripherals on the same IC. I guess it is possible but it is not supported currently. If your need and usecase are clear you can reach out on the Nordicsemi support portal to further evaluate this request.

Also could we expect adding possibility to SD to run two (several) independent BLE devices on the same chip?

What is the open source project project that you mentioned ? In theory it is indeed possible, you do need to map the radio interface to a TimeSlot API. The github.com/.../nRF51-multi-role-conn-observer-advertiser provides an observer/advertiser example.
