You should follow the reference schematic and layout yes, it may be the DK was previously made for some early engineering samples of the nRF54L15 which differentiated a bit from the mass production version of the nRF54L15. So when in doubt, always use the reference layout.

I did. On the reference schematic power supply pins 10, 22, and 36 are connected to each other, and 47 and 48 are connected to each other. And on the DK schematic only 10, 22, and 36 are connected.

Is it mandatory to connect the power supply pins?
