I don't know what the issue is, and it is very difficult to analyze unless being able to replicate it. Is it:

1: Possible to replicate on any of our DKs?

2: possible to upload the application that you are using to reproduce this?

My guess is that there is some data being written outside a valid buffer somewhere, that typically causes these BFAR errors.

I have done this problem,actually it's from code design.But now i meet another quesetion.I send data via API uart_tx(),the fist time I send is OK,but the other time cannot send,and err is as follows.

Is it stack overflow or other else?

Hello,

Can you please zip and upload your application folder? What board are you building for when you are programming your custom board with the nrf52820? Are you building for the nrf52833dk_nrf52833? The nrf52833dk_nrf52820? I can't tell from the screenshots.

Also, if you are changing the board files directly, can you also please .zip and upload your

ncs\v2.6.1\zephyr\boards\arm\nrf52833dk_nrf52820
or
ncs\v2.6.1\zephyr\boards\arm\nrf52833dk_nrf52833

depending on which one you are using?
