&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s a lengty process to change the datasheet so that&amp;#39;s not possible, sorry.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;40 C/W is a typical value for a QFN packet and it&amp;#39;s not something we have measured in any way. The device is very low power with max power dissipation of less than 50 mW.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thank you for your reply. Could you please add the thermal resistance of 40 C/W to the data sheet of nRF52832-QFAA-R7? Then send me the download link for the datasheet, or send it&amp;nbsp;to the email: susan.sun@beontag.com&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Because without a test report and the parameter not listed in the data sheet, the certification body does not recognize the thermal resistance value.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Thank you for your understanding.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Typical junction to air thermal resistance for a QFN packet like this is 40 C/W.&amp;nbsp;Junction to case is not important as cooling fins are not needed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
