To get the output as valid retained data.

You need to set CONFIG_APP_USE_RETAINED_MEM=y in the prj.conf file.

Hello Jitendra,

I added some extra configuration (as same as yours) in prj.config file, built and flashed. I am not getting bus error but retained data is not supported.

I have asked team. I will get back to you hsorlty.

I tried with NCS 2.9.0 as well.
Unfortunately I couldn't get any resolution for system_off mode issue.

Yes. I did. But still getting the same issue. I haven't tried with SDK version v2.9.0. I will try that as well.

Have you power cycled the device after running sample? I have tried the sample on the nRF54L15 dk as same as yours now. SDK version is v2.8.0.

It works fine here.

Devkit version is PCA10156 0.9.1 and it has SOC is NS54L15QFAABB2436AE.

I have tried this sample on my nRF54L15 DK (V0.8.2) and it has worked ok. NCS version is as same as yours.

I guess it's your custom board. Could you please share the version number of SoC?
