It does seem to be a problem with BLE on the Linux machine, but there is no verbose logs to find out what is going on, maybe you can inspect the syslogs of the system?

It looks like the Controller was able to create a BLE connection, but not a single BLE frame was sent.

What sdk-connectedhomeip version do you use?

It must be sdk-connectedhomeip v2.7.0.

What version of NCS and sdk-connectedhomeip are you using?

To ensure compatibility, please use the same version of the connectedhomeip repository as the NCS you are using.
