A lot of this should be similar when using sysbuild, but we also have some information in our documentation. Here are some pages you can take a look at:

Enabling a bootloader chain using sysbuild - Explains how to add bootloaders using sysbuild.
Sysbuild (System build) - Provides information on the sysbuild system used in the nRF Connect SDK.
MCUboot with sysbuild sample - A sample demonstrating how to build a Zephyr application with MCUboot using sysbuild.
