yes, I suspect the post length was an issue as well. I'm not entirely sure what the limit is as it will depend on other characters around the post, but if possible, add logs and long strongs as txt files or relevant format and keep the question field for the questions. Did you get to update your other thread with the question or are you still wondering about something?

Maybe I made some mistakes; I added two zip files and build logs; maybe it is too much text? I don't know.

1. I tried to post in December.

2.- Browser is Brave on a 64-bit PC.

3. Two zip file attachments.

4. I bet the problem was the post length; it is about 5,000 characters, mainly two built logs. Sorry I didn't think of this first.

5.- All is plain text.

That said, on the tickets you've tried creating, may I ask for some details around that to try and follow up on the issue of creating tickets.

Time, when did you run into this issue, is it only now in January you've seen this?
Browser you're using?
Attachments or text length of the post?
Any chance you've been using some unusual font or characters?
