&lt;p&gt;On the device side, the &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/zephyr/connectivity/usb/device/api/usb_device_hid.html"&gt;USB HID Class API&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;is part of the open-source solution provided by Zephyr if you’re using NCS. I recommend raising an issue on the &lt;a href="https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/issues" target="_new"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Zephyr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; GitHub&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; Issues&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; page&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; to get more targeted help regarding your observation from the device side.&lt;/p&gt;
