Wojtek simply referencing that documentation is no help to Hugues Bernet-Rollande. Clearly this user doesn't have the technical know how to implement the DFU let alone possibly fully grasp how the code is working. In response to Hugues request, is the DFU in a separate SDK now, or is it available in C#? Downloading the DFU (inside the iOS-nRF-Toolbox) from Git isn't providing much help either. Any updates on this?

Everything you need is here. Whole DFU is just a bunch of writes and notifications handling.

Thank you @run_ar but unfortunately this docs are a bit more on the board/electronic side of the DFU and less about how the flow between the iOS <> Board. I will be great to have a stand alone SDK for DFU from Nordic. I've heard that somebody at Nordic is working on a new Swift (Apple new iOS/Mac language) version of the nRFToolbox, hopefully it will split up the DFU related functionality into it's own SDK. Please let us know if we can be updated on this timeline...

The blog post are similar questions pointing to the App or the missing of the SDK... :(

Unfortunately we don't have a separate dfu library for iOS, so I'm afraid you have to get that from the nRF Toolbox container app. For a description how DFU works I would recommend looking through the blog posts and the documentation.
