Hi,

You can get more information about sdu, interval, and find info about bt_audio_codec_qos in the documentation. There is also BT_AUDIO_RETRANSMITS Kconfig.
Additionally, you can look at Basic Audio Profile sample and Bluetooth Audio API.

The application is nrf5340_audio, version is 2.6.1

To increase the throughput, I want to change the SDU size ,SDU interval, Retransmission number and so on.

Your calculation seems reasonable for the audio data rate used by the system. Please note that this is not actual throughput over the air as there might be retransmissions.
