At nPM1300 product specification V1.1 page 148(8.1 Schematic)
The control I/F between nPM1300 and nRF5x is TWI(I2C), and there is four signals(SCL, SDA, Reset, INT)
SCL, SDA & INT are usual signals for I2C as I know, so what the purpose for this

RE: nPM1300 TWI(I2C) I/F with nRF5x
SCL, SDA & INT are usual signals for I2C as I know, so what the purpose for this reset signal
RESET here is used to get the nPM1300 out of ship or hibernate mode, see https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_npm1300/page/chapters/core_components/reset/doc/frontpage.html
And this reset action is active by press “SW1”?
You can define any of teh GPIOs to be a reset input, see https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_npm1300/page/chapters/core_components/gpio/doc/frontpage.html, GPIOMODE[n]
Since our SCH don’t have “SW1”, the reset signal connection still need exist? Or can delete?
Yes, if you don't need this, you don't have to set it up.
Also this I2C I/F can only connect to nRF5x P0.xx? Or can connect to P1.xx & P2.xx too?
On nRF52 and nRF53, any pins can be used for TWI.
