I have a demo with a central and peripheral that bond. Once they are bonded, they stay that way unless one of them de-powers or a button

RE: how did my central accumulate all these keys?

Doh! As soon as I hit the post key I realized what I was doing. I must have hit the button on the peripheral a few times that erases the stored key and begins non-whitelist advertising again. The central would then pick up this and of course the UUID/service matches his criteria and he connects and then bonds, adding a new key to the table of keys.
