I was mainly asking, if the TCP buffers are disabled (I guess, that's the most part of the mentioned 200K RAM), what will then be required. But I start to remember, that the second question will be more, that for cellular the ip-stack is "offloaded" to the modem, while for wifi it uses the ip-stack of zephyr. I guess that would also cause issues, if zephyr doesn't support both modes simultaneously.

I would suggest using the Thingy:91X Cellular connectivity for UDP such as this UDP or Cellular: UDP samples. The reason is the same as my colleague's explanation in this post.
