Modem fw 2.0.2 causes other issues for me (simultaneous LTE connect and GPS startup causes an autonomous reset, probably drawing too much current). I'll create another ticket to create awareness.

I suggest updating to latest mfw_nrf91x1_2.0.2 and enabling modem trace when you redo the stress-tests. If the issue recurs, the captured modem trace will greatly assist in failure analysis.
