Do you enable the NVS and SETTINGS storage? If so, could you disable them (CONFIG_NVS=n, CONFIG_SETTINGS=n) and enable ZMS (CONFIG_ZMS=y)? You can refer to https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-zephyr/blob/v3.7.99-ncs2/samples/subsys/fs/zms/prj.conf

It seems you don't install the nRF Util tool. Please download nRF Util from the nRF Util development tool page and add nRF Util to your system PATH. You can refer to the Installing nRF Util documentation

Also, I just tried to work with the ZMS sample that was provided, but it would not flash onto the 54L15 board. However, while other programs flash without error, this one gives FATAL ERROR: required program nrfutil not found; install it or add its location to PATH. Why is this?
