I want to change the nRF51822 like the following mode. 
 peripheral =&amp;gt; central =&amp;gt; scanning =&amp;gt; peripheral =&amp;gt; central =&amp;gt; scanning 
 How can I change a peripheral to central mode?

That means that as long as you stop broadcasting before you start scanning and vise-versa, there are no limitations to the configuration you describe.
