If I buy the "nRF24LU1+ Development Kit" ( www.digikey.com/.../4626370 ). I could programm the USB chip as a keyboard?

As what run_ar had mentioned, you can program it over the USB port. Blank lu1p ic from Nordic comes with a bootloader. nRFGo Studio (sw tool) shall be able to detect the dongle running the bootloader code on your first plug-in.
See section 17.6 "Flash programming through USB" of nRF24LU1P Product Specs.

Please make sure

your application doesn't overwrite the bootloader and
you are able to reactivate the bootloader in case you need to re-program

But , do you know if there is a cheaper option to program it?, because it´s for a school project.

Yes, If I remember correctly you can program the dongle using the board with the SMA connector together with the red cable. Of course you also need a nRFgo Motherboard.

You can program it over the USB port the first time as it has a bootloader when if comes from the factory. Please refer to the product specification for details.

You can check out Nordic's nRFReady Desktop reference design(s) which includes a sample HID USB dongle project that supports mouse/keyboard/remote functionalities.

Project can be built using Keil's toolchain for 8051 mcu.
