Hi,

Could you share the full log?

Your current does not show any information on the initial LTE link setup.

Alternatively, you can flash the at_client, which is available in a precompiled .hex here:

https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/Nordic-Thingy-91/Download?lang=en#infotabs

And issue the AT commands manually:

AT%XSYSTEMMODE=0,1,1,0
AT+CEREG=5
AT+CNEC=24
AT+CMEE=1
AT%CESQ=1
AT+CFUN=1
