Hi. I might still be a bit confused about what the actual problem is here, but:

Choosing target and 'LOAD' here:

to download the Softdevice is only working on a blank chip. This has to do with the flash algorithms used by Keil to program the nRF51. The algorithms are made by Nordic and we have intentionally made them this way. So if you already have a Softdevice on your chip you will get an "Erase failed!" message. Do you need to re-program the Softdevice often?

There are a couple of workarounds though. One way to program both Softdevice and application from Keil using the "Select Target" dropdown list is to use nrfjprog. Enter Target Options in Keil and chose to use an external tool for flash programming. Configure it like this for Softdevice:

!WARNING!: if you use nrfjprog to program your application like this you will not be able to debug with Keil like normal!. I migth be smarter to use the methods described in the following blog: nrfjprog blog.

Finally you can of course use nRFGo Studio.

For the moment i solved the problem by programming the S132 hex file via the Segger J Flash Lite Programming SW. I will contact Keil support to find out why the S132 hex file can't be programmed via the Keil IDE

Yes all 18 Nordic Device Family Packs are indicated to by the Keil Pack Installer to be uptodate

When i select target "nrf52832_xxaa_s132" then i can program the builded application without any problem, when i select the target "flash_s132_nrf52_2.0.0-7.alpha_soft" to program the S132 hex file then i get the error that the Erase failed

J-Link Connection is OK, I have correct connection with the J-Link Interface, If i execute the erase via the Flash Menu in Keil then it works fine

@Ronny Vrijelinck "require None:ram_start:NordicSemiconductor:2.0.0.2.alpha" can be safely ignored. Erase failed usually means that programmer settings are not configured properly. Check that your programmer is selected in "Debug" tab in target options.

The SDK version i use is the V11.0.0.2.alpha, the S132 Softdevice in there is the V2.0.0.7.alpha In the Manage Runtime Environment i see a error message for the Softdevice S132 :"Additional Software components required" , "require None:ram_start:NordicSemiconductor:2.0.0.2.alpha" I am using the packs downloaded via the Keil Pack Installer When i try to load the S132.hex file i get a error that the erase failed, but when i execute the erase via the Flash menu then it works fine

I also have no problems with Keil MDK 5.17 using packs but I've noticed that Keil 5.18 is complaining about Nordic DeviceFamilySupport BSP pack with "Can't compile SVD" error.

HI. I use uVision 5.17 without any problems. Can you please provide some more details? What SDK version do you use? Are you using Keil packs or the folder structure version found in the zip-files? What files are not compatible? How are you trying to load the S132? What errors do you get?

Try to use examples for pca10036. You may need to comment some GPIO code in header file. The compiler will tell you while compiling where you have to COMMENT the whole section. Then it will work for NRF52. Thats how it worked for me.
