Hi,

CONFIG_ZIGBEE_CHANNEL is used to set the 802.15.4 channel used by Zigbee, and most of the issues related to CONFIG_ZIGBEE_CHANNEL are about the Zigbee network.

What NCS version are you using? Are you able to reproduce the issue on nRF52840DK?

Are you using CONFIG_ZIGBEE_CHANNEL_SELECTION_MODE_SINGLE or CONFIG_ZIGBEE_CHANNEL_SELECTION_MODE_MULTI?

Maybe you can compare the .config file under build/<your_application>/zephyr which is built with/without CONFIG_ZIGBEE_CHANNEL to find the differences.
