It could be a reason as this is used for TRACE BUEFFER. Maybe you can try another pin? Here is case (+) Using P0.07 as GPIO, not TRACECLK (nRF52840-QFAA-F-7) - Nordic Q&A - Nordic DevZone - Nordic DevZone where customer changed P0.07 to another pin to get the led driven.

I double checked and it is only used for this MISO line. According to the datasheet, 0.07 is indicated as 'trace buffer clk' in nrf52840, does it matter.

Another question, for nrf52840, is there any thing such as this tutorial for nrf91
