- May I confirm that , if it is used by another peripheral , what I need to do is to disable that in overlay file?

“Pin 8 of &gpio0 already assigned to 2 other nodes

&uart0{ status = "disabled";};

It could be a reason as this is used for TRACE BUEFFER. Maybe you can try another pin?

Another question, for nrf52840, is there any thing such as this tutorial for nrf91

https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-2.6.0/page/nrf/config_and_build/configuring_app/hardware/use_gpio_pin_directly.html

Cuz when I use gpio_pin_configure and set , it does not work for P0.08

#define MY_GPIO0 DT_NODELABEL(gpio0)
gpio_pin_configure(gpio0_dev, GPIO_0_CS, GPIO_OUTPUT);

RE: SPI Communication Pin configuration

Hello,

'' However, when I modify my PCB and change to the following list of pins , it stops working , and gives 0xFF

0.11 as clk, 0.7 as MISO , 0.25 as MOSI ''

Can you please check if pin 0.7 is being used by any other peripheral or function on your custom PCB?
