&lt;p&gt;To set the TX gain mode please see the following &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/app_dev/device_guides/fem/fem_nrf21540_gpio.html#ug-radio-fem-nrf21540-gpio"&gt;documentation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/a&gt;From your earlier case it seems like you are working with LE audio, so i would also suggest having a look at &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/applications/nrf5340_audio/doc/configuration.html#adding_fem_support"&gt;this&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;I don&amp;#39;t think you can set the gain the same way you did in NCS 2.3 anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
