Could you open the browser console, and see if there are any errors printed?

I changed the password and it says that it was successfully changed, but it does not work. It says logging in, but it does not log in either.

We have tried the "Forgot Password" many times, but it did not work either.

Hei,

I have confirmed that the "Have a new account validation code?" flow does not properly work.

Please use the "Forgot Password?" flow and make sure to fill in the form on the second page of the flow that asks for your email, the one-time code, and your new password.

Yes, we were able to log in earlier. The only device that is connected to the nRF cloud is a nRF9160 DK. We also activated a SIM card to it. The username is kritagya03@gmail.com

were you able to log into nRF Cloud earlier? Do you have any more details about the nRF Cloud account to share e.g. what devices do you have connected?
