if you are using the same sdk_config.h for both then the relative behavior should not be that different.

We do not have a DK with nRF52811 so it is hard for me to verify this.

i check 10 customer boards is the sam issue.
DO i need setting or configuration for 32Mhz, external clock?

That should not happen, are you testing this both on DK or your custom boards. This does not have on development kits. Check of your external clocks are working ok if this is a custom board.

i mean led blinking led on nrf528400 faster than 2 times with nrf52811

Both nRF52840 and nRF52811 have same M4 MCU running on same clock speeds. I am not sure what you mean double the speed? Which speed are you measuring? Please give numbers you are seeing and how you measured them.
