This should be possible, but how have you connected your device to the computer for example? And have you built and flashed the USB CDC-ACM sample onto the board? https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/zephyr/samples/subsys/usb/cdc_acm/README.html#usb-cdc-acm

Have you made sure to add board files to match the Ebyte board? We have a lesson on adding custom board support in the DevAcademy nRF Connect SDK course here: https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/nrf-connect-sdk-intermediate/lessons/lesson-3-adding-custom-board-support/

D+ and D- are the data lines from the USB. I think the USB CDC ACM sample project here should let you use the USB as a serial port: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/zephyr/samples/subsys/usb/cdc_acm/README.html#usb-cdc-acm

You should have got the schematics for this from the module maker, please check the schematics and see if this are the same USB data pins from nRF chip or something else.
