D+ and D- are the data lines from the USB. I think the USB CDC ACM sample project here should let you use the USB as a serial port: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/zephyr/samples/subsys/usb/cdc_acm/README.html#usb-cdc-acm

Those are names similar to the USB data pins, if this is coming directly out of nRF chip or not is hard to say as we do not know much about this module. You should have got the schematics for this from the module maker, please check the schematics and see if this are the same USB data pins from nRF chip or something else.
