Hi,

1. pricing of $0.10 is per device per month
2. A-GNSS request includes the cost of the message itself, so it is $0.01 per request.
3. 16.91KB per A-GNSS request looks a little bit on high side. I can't provide you exact numbers, but I suggest you to measure it in your environment.

Sorry for the delay, I was unfortunately out of office.

The A-GPS data should be correct I think, but as my colleague said in the linked ticket, you may want to check with %XCONNSTAT AT command.

For the rest I have now assigned the ticket directly to the nRF Cloud team.

I don't have the numbers, but

I guess, that's the DTLS 1.2 CID (RFC 9146). That basically means, you need one handshake, but you may use the resulting DTLS context for longer (days or weeks, depending on the server's grants).
