Correct, the nRF5340 CLAA pad size is specified to be minimum 0.12mm and maximum 0.18mm. Since all pad sizes you refer to in your initial ticket are within these specs they should all be fine.

Hi Simonr , A samll reconfirmation.
So you mean all the Digikey, Mouser and Arrow provided Footprint Libraries for NRF5340-CLAA are good to use ?
No issue with the slight variation in the pad sizes right

As per the nRF5340 product specification, the nRF5340 CLAA pad size is specified to be minimum 0.12mm and maximum 0.18mm, so seemingly all of these values are okay for development.

However, Nordic is using Altium and the footprints in Altium for development, so these are certified "safe" footprints to be working with.
