It ended up being that our eSIM provider had sent us some with 20 digit ICCIDs and some with 19 digit ICCIDs. The F value itself wasn't a checksum, but just a padding value that is output when using AT%ICCID. This was confirmed by actually calculating the check sum for the ICCIDs.

As I understand, you have only Hologram eSIMs and all of them show 20-digit ICCID. Is this correct?
How did you verify that some of eSIMs' ICCIDs have 20 digits and others 19 digits and additional checksum? Can you elaborate on this and provide an example?
