Hi Junichi,
We need to check if the 6 devices actually operate and can do BLE advertising or they are crashed .
Do you have a way of debugging those device ? Do you have any log ? If you reset them do they go back to normal operation ?
Please give more information about the SDK , the bootloader you use.

BluetoothID is the "NAME" used when filtering in nRFToolbox.
It is also the name used when pairing with a PC.

When updated with a DFU file, there are about 6 devices out of 100 where this name cannot be confirmed in nRFToolBox.

Confirming means finding the name in nRFToolBox.

Please give more information regarding "the Bluetooth ID of some devices cannot be confirmed with nRFtoolBox.". What did you mean by Bluetooth ID? did you mean the Bluetooth address ? And what did you mean by "confirm" ?
