&lt;p&gt;It sounds like the devices are in a assertion loop (reset loop) - could you try to run this routine while power-cycling your board?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Run this as a .bat file:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;pre class="ui-code" data-mode="text"&gt;:loop
nrfjprog --recover -f nrf52
goto loop&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. There are 5 boards that have been made as an initial prototype and all 5 have faced this issue.&lt;/p&gt;
