Can you run the following command in PowerShell with both the working device and the non functioning device?

Get-PnpDevice -Status OK -InstanceId "USB\VID_1366*"

For a working DK you should expect a output similar to thisalong these lines:

Could you also check with the J-Link Configuration tool(should have been installed along with the J-Link driver) if it detects the onboard debugger, and if there is a firmware update for the onboard debugger?

RE: Cannot program new nRF54L15-DK board

any idea what is wrong?

RE: Cannot program new nRF54L15-DK board

Hi Benedik:

Based on LO1 flashing and the logs, there is a issue with the onboard debugger not being enumerated by the computer.

Common causes of this is, bad USB cable/charge only cable, connection through hubs and on windows I have also seen this issue if many USB devices are connected to the same USB controller.

Just to rule out simple USB issues can you test with a different cable connected directly to the computer or with a different computer? And disconnect any other DKs.

What is versions of the two new DKs and the older one?

Best regards,
