No, you will need to buy the flat ribbon cable with the 10-pin connector separately.

You can definitely program the nrf directly from ESP32. You need to connect the swd pins to any GPIO pins on ESP32. You then bitbang the swd commands. If you search online, you will find plenty of resources how to do this for nrf52; I don't think you need that much of modifications to get it working on nrf54.

2. The nRF54L15-DK would work perfectly as a debugger. For your board, I would consider either a TagConnect or a 10-pin header.

Either of these will work. You will just connect to the "DEBUG OUT" connector on the L15-DK.

Once you are further along in the project, be sure to submit a private/public ticket for hardware review (schematics, layout files, BOM). This is a service that Nordic offers free of charge.
