Hi,

The status 5 return value is "Invalid AppKey Index", which means that "The AppKey identified by the AppKey Index is not known to the node." See the status code table from Bluetooth SIG, for the Firmware Distribution Server model.

In order to use the model, you must make sure to first add an application key to the device, and then bind the application key to the model.
