The nRF device is delivered as a blank device, ie. no bootloader or similar, and needs to be flashed via SWD interface. You can for instance use "nrfjprog" from our offering: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Command-Line-Tools/Download

Did you ensure that the legacy driver was checked and installed? This is required.

You mention that you could see the "BOOTLOADER" drive when recovering the board. Is this correct?

If yes, this indicates that the usb connection itself is working, and it highly depends on which .bin that you placed in the drive.

Here is the direct link to the jlink binary that shall be copied to the "BOOTLOADER" drive:

Hi Hakon,

i re-installed JLINK but it doesn't work. I think there is problems of path of JLINK with Segger.

JLINK's path: C:\Program Files\SEGGER\JLink_V824

SEGGER IDE's path: "C:\Program Files\SEGGER\SEGGER Embedded Studio 8.22a\bin\emStudio.exe"

What do you suggest me?

Just to make sure: We are talking about the "Interface MCU firmware" file downloaded from website specific to the DK? Other files won't work.

Could you re-install jlink drivers and ensure that "legacy drivers" are chosen?

Other DK...I followed the step, i saw new drive, i put file.bin, turn off DK, turn on DK, Connect target by Segger...Same problem!

Read the manual (or search here), you are supposed to connect the USB plug while holding down reset button on the DK.

Then you will see a new drive pop up where you can copy the bin file to. Note that you must do that every time when you triggered above conditions.
