I have just received the nRF5340-DK development kit. However, when I plug in the USB cable to my PC, it's not detected. I have tried multiple USB ports and the issue remains. The issue is not with the USB cable either since I use the same cable

RE: Unable to connect to nRF5340-DK

Hi Jennifer,

I apologize for jumping in here but thought I would check and see if you are turning the power switch on, in your picture it looks to be switched OFF:

I tried different power switch positions and nothing changed. Nothing lights up on the DK. I have attached the image of the DK.

My first guess is that one of the switches isn't in the right position. Could you check that, as well as that the board is powered on with the power switch. It that doesn't help could you send me an image of the DK, just so that I can inspect that there is nothing obviously wrong with it?

So one thing is the board not being recognized by the computer, but does anything at all light up on the DK? Does it react in any way?

Regards,
