Clocks seem to be good (32KHz and 32MHz). A mange to mkae a led blink and a PWM output at the desired frequency (same as on eval board). Have a look at the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.s212.api.v0.9.0/group___n_r_f___s_d_m___f_u_n_c_t_i_o_n_s.html#ga26ecfde6eee7363f88bed8a8b711122a">sd_softdevice_enable()</a> function, it has some parameters that differ based on the crystals you use in your design.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
