If you swipe right in the app, you should see the log which may provide some debug information.

=> I'll check to gather the log.

Are you only experiencing this problem with a specific version of the app?

=> We were experienced this problem with our specific device regardless of what's version.

Another device is working good.

Is it possible to attach a debugger to the target device and get debug logs? Maybe the bootloader is crashing.

=> We're sorry that we can not attach a debugger because the device was already on production with housing case.

How often does this happen?

=> On a specific device, it happened at the 100% ratio.

In addition,

We've got that our overseas' customer reported this dfu problem. So, we were trying to find the reason and solution.
