Uses modules that are Telec and FCC certified with BLE profiles. (module : MDBT50Q-512K)
I have a few questions.
Q1. The TX power is configurable on the ESB, I don't know how that corresponds to the signal

RE: ESB Telec and FCC Certification
Therefore, not only BLE but also ESB is permitted.
In the module datasheet, the FCC and Telec certifications are listed as BLE and IEEE 802.15.4 certifications.

As I understand it, FCC and Telec are not protocol-level certifications, and the RF requirements for BLE and ESB are the same.
Therefore, not only BLE but also ESB is permitted.

The requirements should be the same as for BLE:

FCC&US has a max of 20 dBm, Telec&Japan (along with the rest of the world) has 10dBm = 10 mW.
