It might be due to a short circuit caused by incorrect wiring. The PPK2 circuit board is damaged, and the chip with silkscreen "L7 #247" in the lower-right corner seems to be faulty. How can I fix it? thanks for your feedback

Changing the USB cable, USB port, turning it off and on, or rebooting the computer doesnt help either? Things related to the cables are often the culprit.

Im running ubuntu 22

When connecting the PPK2, no lights turn on. And nothing printed in `sudo dmesg -w`

How are you seeing it not working? Does it not show up as an option in Power Profiler? Is it powering on/lighting up?

What OS are you using?
