Just installed Jlink 5.10b driver, seems to be having major trouble with JlinkARM.dll.

&lt;p&gt;Please see &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/blogs/856/keil-nrfjprog-true/"&gt;this blogpost&lt;/a&gt; on using the command line to directly program your device, and integrating this functionality into the Keil IDE. Hopefully this will save you some time in development, and provide a workaround for your issue.&lt;/p&gt;
