Hi,

Please see this blogpost on using the command line to directly program your device, and integrating this functionality into the Keil IDE. Hopefully this will save you some time in development, and provide a workaround for your issue.

What version of nrfjprog do you have installed, and what version of nRFgo Studio are you using?
