@Monkey Mart Thanks for letting me know. I'll do what you said and try installing the J-Link USB driver. I am going to look at the Nordic Semiconductor literature.

Could you try following the first two steps of the "Install prerequisites" section here? https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/installation/install_ncs.html#install_prerequisites

I am guessing that you do not have the USB driver for J-Link installed, this changed relatively recently.
