I'm not sure setting the board in CMakelists.txt is the way to go. Which guide are you following ?
What are you trying to achieve? Have you checked out our Dev Academy guide ?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I try to write the code in CMakeLists.txt like: set ( BOARD nrf5340dk_nrf5340)

but it doesn't work, maybe I write the wrong code? Here are some information about the error below:

Hi Watts,
I don't think the issue you are seeing SFXWiz32-gcc would be related to us. Please check if you have sufficient space on the HardDrive or in the RAM.

Please post the error log when you build the application for nRF5340 DK. Double check if you have written the board name correctly, for example: nrf5340dk/nrf5340/cpuapp
